by Online Shopper, Dec 03, 2009 it arrived on time but I've been so busy I have yet to take it out of the box, sorry. the fedex tracking was fairly useless. there were no postings at all after the first day to track it until the day it arrived at their closest station.

by Online Shopper, Dec 02, 2009 Crutchfield did everything right, got it to me quick -but alas it was defective. They trouble shot the problem with me, determined it was defective and replaced the unit quickly. That is the service that will get my return business.

by Online Shopper, Dec 02, 2009 Ryan & the Crutchfield crew did their job and got my order with 3 day select out on Mon. I didn't know that UPS considered the day after Thanksgiving a shipping holiday so my package didn't arrive until the following Mon. missing my installation deadline.
