by Online Shopper, Dec 03, 2009 I purchased two items (1) student desk and (2) matching hutch. The hutch did not arrive. After contacting OfficeMax (by both e-mail and telephone), I learned the hutch got damaged in transit.

by Online Shopper, Dec 03, 2009 It was nice of office max to take the money out of my account within seconds of my order, only to cancel the order a few days later. They did not even notify me of this cancellation. I had to look up my account only to find out the order was canceled.

by Online Shopper, Dec 03, 2009 HAD I KNOWN THE PRODUCT WOULD NOT BE EASY TO OPERATE AND ONLY WORK AFTER SEVERAL TRYS I WOULD HAVE SPENT THE 5 DOLLARS MORE AND BOUGHT THE KODAK PICTURE FRAME.
