by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 I had to call "internet orders" and was on hold for 2 hours just to reschedule delivery. This is a bad experience. The box also had no invoice/packing slip attached to it like all other items I order online from other vendors.

by Online Shopper, Dec 11, 2009 I bought a GPS and realized just after I ordered that it was the wrong one. I tried ALL evening to call bestbuy but was put on hold for 45 minutes at one point and then hung up. I had to wait until the next day and then it was too late to cancel.
